1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Cedar Ridge Place website (www.cedarridgeplace.com) and your participation in our communications programs, including our text messaging program. Cedar Ridge Place is a senior living community operated by Comfort Hills Healthcare. By using our website or opting in to receive communications from us, you agree to these Terms.
2. Text Messaging (SMS/MMS) Program Terms - Program description.
When you opt in to text messaging from Cedar Ridge Place, you may receive text messages related to:
Responses to your inquiries and requests for information.
Tour scheduling, confirmations, and reminders.
Assessment and appointment scheduling.
Account, billing, and service-related notifications.
Occasional promotional messages, community news, and event invitations (only if you have separately consented to receive marketing messages).
Age requirement.
Our text messaging program is intended only for individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in to receive text messages from Cedar Ridge Place, you represent and confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If we become aware that a program participant is under 18, we will remove them from the program.
Consent.
You consent to receive text messages when you provide your mobile phone number and opt in through one of our web forms, in person, or by texting us. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, touring our community, or receiving care. Marketing consent is collected separately from consent for informational messages.
Message frequency.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you by us, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Opting out.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to 952-266-8671 and you will no longer receive text messages from us. After you send STOP, we may send you a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. If you wish to rejoin, you can sign up again through our website or by contacting us.
